HI,

This is Vikas Gupta, Resident of Delhi. Last few days i am constantly getting calls from HSBC Bank recovery department to pay amount for the credit card which i never used.
In Jan 2007 i applied for the card which never delivered to me. In feb 2007 i received statement with some Rs24k on the card. Same day i called Customer care of the bank and reported the matter. they asked me to send fax to there Mumbai & Chennai office for the same. As per there directions i did the same. Now after 3 years i am getting calls from HSBC's Recovery team for the amount and they are harresing me to pay that amount.
I want to lodge complaint against them as i am not the culprit then why they are Mentally harresing me

Kindly suggest further action asap
