HDFC Bank had come out with an offer where in if a credit card consumer of HDFC bank was to spend 50,000 or more during 1 st October 2004 and 31st December 2004 the customer was to get a free holiday from them. Now it has been more than five months, Here the damage is more towards a promise which the credit card division made has not met. It is more like a breach of trust between the bank and me. The calousness of the bank is more disturbing than anything else.
