ICICI Credit card fraud

I am having ICICI Credit card #4477 4740 0286 5007. Due to some reason I have settlement my card. I have received settlement letter from ICICI Bank with Rs. 22,000 in 3 monthly installments.

In the settlement letter the clearly mention that you have paid 1st installment in cash and rest are in cheque. I have paid the cash Rs. 7335 as a first installment. The ICICI agent was giving me that settlement letter and taking the amount in cash. But after two days I have received a mail and also SMS in my mobile that you cheque 288241 for Rs. 7335 towards payment of your dues on your ICICI Bank Credit Card has been returned by your bank due to less fund. But I have not giving any cheque to anybody towards the credit card payment and also check with the ICICI customer care that that cheque is not issue from me.

Now I have received lot of Threaten call from ICICI agent and also received lot of calls from ICICI Bank. Now I am totally harassed.

Can you please help me so that I am very thankful to your team.
