i was SBI CREDIT Card NO. 4317-5755-5403-6732 and i have alredy paid all dues And i have recived a new card against my old card, But the name in CIBIL Report shown in my OLD SBI CARD NO. 4317-5755-5403-6732 which is wrong, and i have alredy inform many time to SBI <feedback.gesbi@ge.com> and i have received a reference no0102830038362 from SBI Customere care center, but till to date i have not received any response. And i,m already using SBI CARD NO. 4317-5750-3573-8187 , So, pls. suggest me what i do..?

I came to know that there is a write off case of a credit card.Right now i am not using any credit card.
I have closed all the previous one.

This is to inform you that I Parul Bansal took a personal loan dated 03/10/2007, Loan Number - LCA-VSN-3867146, Loan Amount - 300000/-, Tenure - 49, EMI - 9452.

At that time, was sincerely paying on time but d/t some mishappening took place so, my cheques were bounced.....During that time executives had come regarding the enquiry then, i payed Rs.130000/-, & in place they had given me the concession of upto Rs.25,000 after looking my situation.Later, they assured me that in CIBIL, your account will be closed.

Now, when i have applied lately for Home Loan then Banker told me that in your CITIBANK Personal loan account is settled & showing overdue in CIBIL.

After such incidence, felt that your executives had given me the commitments but when i see the actual report overdue is coming in CIBIL.

Alongwith the same they told me that won't be able to sanction for your applied Home Loan, which was my necessasity for the period.

On a different note, i am working for the renowned company & dealing customers on daily basis but we never dissatisfy or give wrong commitments.Whereas, your company executives gave me the wrong commitment/assurance for the clearance.

I am totally a dissatisfied customer in whose case your company had given the wrong words.
