i hav hdfc credit card due to late payment my name included in cibil list i m cleared all dues & get N O C from hdfc bank but my personal loan not sanctioned from icici & hdfc bank both bank r rejected my personal loan.my emailid is abhinit24@gmail.com,7869981118.plz help me to get personal loan.

I have no any loan of Rs. 20000/- but cibil is show my loan wiht his code number. I want to check the name of the bank which is given to me these loan.

6 Year Back I was having a ABN Amro Credit Card & was paying /enjoying it regularly I am not sure how I missed the payment for the same. Now my Name reflecting in CIBIL Report for same & wanted to get remove , As ABN Amro has merge it in RBS , Not able to get how should i make the payment & as well as to remove my name from defaulter list , as this very small amount making my credibility into negative. Also not having any of details of my credit card pertains to ABN Amro

Request to please support as how to do the full n final & as well as to remove my name from defaulter list

Dear Sir/ madam

I had ICICI / Centurion Credit Card:4443 4101 0469 7006
which I closed 4 years back because of following region.

1. For first 6 month all payment & all thing was gone smoothly but after six month bank person called on to inform us that
Centurion Credit Card services take over by ICICI so now onwards all payment collected by ICICI and not by them ,
so accordingly we made payment on ICICI name.
2. Then we drop the ICICI chq in a drop box but it was not get cleared for a month then the same we have informed to the bank
person then he replied this change will take some time. And the same situation was there for another two months.
3. After this we received the letter from bank that all our cheques are bounced .But when we checked the card number ,
it was different and the the name of the Bank is also different. It was PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK. But we don’t have A/C in this bank.
So I don't know how these chqs gets bounced. We have infirmed all these story to Bank person for the help , but then also he replied
that we need some more time to settle this situation.
4. After that this bank take over by HDFC and now all payment will get collected by them . After all these happened we failed
understand where exactly to pay this credit card amount.
5. Finally we have decided to clear all outstanding of this card. And accordingly we called up to the bank person but
due to some reason they did not get back to us
6 Then one day they called up and informed that our outstanding is too high and we have to clear all the amount ASAP. Then I discuss and
inform the all sinario to them then they asked us to pay only amount of INR 10500 , which will clear my total outstanding of this card and it will get closed.
7 So finally same day I payed that total amount of INR 10500 and get the paid acknowledgement from them.

With proper settlement with bank.
I also have NOC letter from bank.

But till date I revived credit card statement for 9740 RS every month It also reflect in my CIBIL report so I am unable to get any loan from other bank .
So please help me in this matter & remove my name Form CIBIL.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently I applied for a two wheeler loan. All the criterion for applying the loan was fulfilled. But to my utter surprise I was denied the same during verification and was told that my name was there in CIBIL defaulter list. Earlier I have taken personal loans from ABN-AMRO, ICICI and HSBC. All the loans have been paid back successfully with NOCS.
I would be grateful to you if you let me know what exactly prompted my name to be there in CIBIL defaulters list so that I can clear the same at the earliest.

Sir, one of my client wrongly added in cibil defaulter list , the Kotak Mahindra Bank added the name in cibil due to clerical error in audit report submitted to the bank for loan processing the bank has not given any loan to the client yet the name of client has been added in list of cibil .Kindly help me how to remove the name from the CIBIL List .

I Prashant Kadakia had a CC with HSBC which was paid off and settled on 25th March 2010 REF:FFS\CPD\WOFF\BOM\CCR\BILKISH\25032010\771 by paying an amount of Rs:-10000 via CHQ Number : 698520 Dt 30/03/10 from Citibank.
I still receive harrasement calls from JM Financial heir Debt collection company .
Today also an employee named Suchitra spoke very harshly and redely for collection of the payment of a card which should have been closed more then 2 years ago.
I can also show this documents in the court of Law as and when you want.


I have marked same mail to RBI Ombudsmen and also to Consumer court and will follow a suit for harassment
