I have already cleared my auto loans but they are still reflecting in Cibil.One of which has been cleared 6 months back.This has ruined my crendibility & because of this i am unable to gain any other banking aids.Please guide.

I would like to inform you that I had availed a Two wheeler loan form HDFC bank bearing Loan Agreement No- 12112019 which due to some major financial problem I failed to repay on time and later I handed over my vehicle to HDFC bank with all official formalities. Now loan is closed but while going to apply a personal loan with SBI came to may knowledge that due to the mentioned subject my CIBIL score is negative as a result my loan got declined, though I tried to remove my name form cibil number of time but till date I am unable to do so.
Sir this is my request please help me to remove my name form cibil as I am drastically in need of a loan, I am central govt employee working with Indian railway and I assure you that I will repay my loan on time but please help me to remove my name.

I availed credit card facility from Standard Chartered bank and the bank issued credit cards Nos as mentioned above. Due to some untoward incident in our family, the regularity in payment has got broken. Because of the non-payment of credit cards’dues the matter was referred to Tamilnadu State legal Services Authority for Lok Adalat and the Lokadalat notice was sent to me on 12/12/2006 in TNSLA.3821/2006, facing the enquiry on 19/12/2006 at 10.30 AM in the “SATTA UDHAVI MAIYAM’, High court Campus, Chennai- 600 104.
On 19/12/2006, during Enquiry the SCB officials in front of the legal authorities concerned arrived at a settlement of Rs.27, 000/- towards full and final settlement of my credit cards outstanding amount. As per the settlement, the agreed amount of Rs.27, 000/- has to be paid in six (6) installments at the rate of rs.4, 500/- per month before 10th of every month commencing from Jan 2007. Accordingly, I paid the above said sum as detailed below.

This is to inform you that I was having a SBI Credit Card no 4006 6761 7402 5885, but due to some unavoidable circumstances I could not paid the said amount. But on 24th of sep'10 they have deducted the total amount of Rs 48347/- from our Fixed Deposit. But still when I am applying any further loan from any bank, they have that my name is in cibil so I can not eligible for loan.
Will you please let me know ,when they have already deducted the required money for the said credit card from our F.D., then how my name is counting in all the banks in cibil.
I am eagerly waiting for your earliest reply in this regards, because I need a further loan for an emergency purpose.
So considering the above things kindly withdraw my name from cibil, so that I can apply for my required loan from any bank.

I have undergone for a mortgage Loan in a Nationalised Bank and the bank has not approved my Loan.as informed in the report that I have taken a Loan against Credit Card of Rs.57797.00.

I had credit card of ABN Amro Bank Ltd., and I have settled the card amount with some considerations ,under a letter when my house was about in Auction proceedings, additionally my son's health who was Spastic (cerebral Palsy) and amount through their Executive on 30.09.2006. Thanks for the consideration. But I could not collect the Letter of settlement cleared as the mobile number was not functioned from next three days onwards.

SECONDLY, I had a credit card of ICICI which was having a limit of Rs.6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only),and this was settled by me and I was assured to provide the settlement of Letter after settling the amount. Though I have settled the amount but I could not follow the Proof as again the person has given his mobile and absconded after giving receipt confirming that he will bring the confirmation letter. I could not understand how my credit card limit has increased to Rs.57797/- Please help me how to come out from this critical situation.

i have done full and final settlement with Barclay credit card vide settlement no: MUM/BCGOLD/16783 dt 13.04.2009 vide card no 4339484036053841 but still the same is in my cibil report, kindly suggest how to remove the same from the cibil report.

Citi Bank & ABN AMRO Bank without concerning (only one phone call) debited Health Insurance Charges in my Credit Card

When I disputed with bank that time Bank person said charges unable to reverse, so kindly pay only Insurance charges.

This very unaccepted for me because with out my mistake my credit history showing bad

I am not defaulter for any kind of payments. So pls suggest me what I do ?
