I had take a loan from ICICI Bank on Credit card. I was paying my EMI's regularly , The i had put a request for pre-closure of the loan, At the time of the request nobody from the bank call centre or any representative told me that it cannot be converted back to EMI. Unfortunately due to non payments of my salary for 5 months I was unable to close the loan. i called up ICICI BANK call center number of times to request for the conversion of EMI ... No response and they kept telling me it cannot be converted, i requested for settlement that also is being neglected. I am being harrased and i have no money to pay , They are not converting it to EMI also.


I need legal help against ICICI as they are harassing.
