Dear All ,

I have a saving account/ Credit card/ and Home loan unfortunately with ICICI bank because of prompt services.
anyway I just want to mention some points.

A) I pay my home loan through my Saving Account on every 10th
B) I deposit My money in cash every month before date.
C) My Credit card was having balance of 80 K
D) I had cleared my all payment of credit card on 30th Sep itself. and I was regular making payment of cards anyway.

I got a SMS today stating that my EMI has bounced and i got surprised as it never happened before. I spoke to customer support people and came to know my ICICI bank account was blocked for 80 + INR. When I asked the reason they said my credit card is due, when i took them in conference with Credit card guy they said payment was cleared on 30th sep itself. But when i asked when your system can block the things automatically why cant it remove the block automatically. They are saying that is not in our system. That means any thing where client loose they can do but they cant do anything for good of there clients. But there was no answer.

Now they will be putting late payment on my saving account as well as my record of home loan paying on time will go bad. they don't have any concern about it.

This is the way they make money. Now they will charge bounce charges from saving account, they will be putting late payment fee on home loan. And my Home loan which was deposited on 9th October will be with them for there interest.

This is the pathetic way to deal with client. I am going to post this complain at 1000 of websites as my profession allow me to do that.

I request all of you to not use ICICI ever. I will be breaking my all relation with them sortly.
