    Default Complaint against HDFC Credit Cards

    Dear Sir,

    I am Rajesh Mohanty and my credit card number is :************7518. This is a
    complaint against HDFC credit card dept.

    1. I have settled the card in 16 June 2008.

    2. Paid 15000/- in 2 installments as agreed.(1000/- (13/05/08), 5000/- (18/06/08)

    3. The settlement letter consists incorrect details, still not corrected after
    several request.

    4. HDFC is trying to impose a different card on me as well number:************4387
    (which is not mine).

    5. When asked bank that on what basis they say so , not confirming any details for
    the other credit card. Giving an answer that a person can hold 4-5 cards from the
    same bank.

    6. Now the bank has blocked my salary account for no reason.

    Respected Sir,
    My name is Vivek Babu and my hdfc card number isxxxxxxxxxxxx8236 .I have a complaint, that i was paying my dues every month and now one person is calling from the ernakulam office and using rubbish words and threatening words as they will make us paying the amount by any means. My monthly minimum payment comes around 3500 rs and for this small amt they are making problems like anything. I am now working in UAE and these people are calling my wife and saying all these things,As an Indian Citizen ,I do have the right to make complaint and hope that you will intervien in this matter.It is rediculous to make calls to ladies like this ,so please do the needful at the earliest.

    Exclamation wrong confirmation on mobile for insurance of Bajaj Allainz through HDFC Bank Credit

    one call came to me regarding health insurance from HDFC bank credit card . he asked me my full details about me my wife my child etc after giving full details he explained me about the policy from Bajaj Allianz health insurance. i told him that i will see it. he told me that a call will come from Bajaj Allianz for confirmation of the policy on my mobile no. on which HDFC bank representative spoked to me. but the call did not came and suddenly the credit card bill came i email them that i have not given the confirmation and how you are billing me no response from jan 09 to apr 09 and policy came on apr 09 till then they went on adding and statement came to me monthly i tried to call them emailed them. but no response.


    now they have hold my saving account how they can do this according to right to informationif the mobile no is different they should have cancelled the policy.


    please reply i want to charged these people very heavily.

    Default gave the stop payment for my loan cheque

    Hi i am vamseekrishna having a HDFC Credit card, recently when i called up customer care for some information, the person who attendet my call told me that there is loan offer at 0.99% diminishing without any processing fee (call on loan) then i said i want to go for that with that conditions.
    But the person told me that there is change in address in last 90 days and as i am not holding the SB account with HDFC i need to write a letter to the manager credit card division chennai. so i wrote a letter and droped it in the ATM. After wards another person called me up telling that my request for loan is approved and the DD will be dispatched with in few days. After that i have received a courier containg a cheque for loan amount on my name, and i deposited it in my icici SB account for clerence, but on the later date the same person called me from the HDFC Credit card customer care and told that they are going to give the stop payment instructions to the bank against the cheque which i deposited for clearence.
    The reason that the person told me is that there is change in address last 90 days so they are going to stop the payment.
    My question is that weather they don't know that there was change in address in last 90 days before approving my loan request and issuing me the cheque?
    based on the cheque that i have received i have commited to some one else to pay the amount and i have already issued a post dated cheque also. when i told this to the customer care they are told me that the offer is cancelled and if i want i can go for another loan but at a higher rate of interest.
    Doesn't this comes unde cheating, can i contact cunsumer form for this.

    We need some more information, kindly provide us your full contact details, complaint nos. registered with customer care (if any) and the cheque details.

    Note: Do not mention your ATM/Debit/Credit Card/Account details.

    Hello,

    Its a very painfull and biggest mistake to apply HDFC credit card. After spending almost 1 month, i am still waiting for my stuff.

    My name is himanshu naudiyal and i am working in a BPO. i started my life 2 years back. Iwanted a good bank credit credit but my salary was not so handsome. after spending 2 years, now my salary is little good.

    I applied for HDFC credit card on 11th Aug 2010 with ref. #10080412535070N1. i am keep calling to HDFC coustmer care but they guys saying only 1 thing "I'LL GET MY CARD WITHIN 2 DAYS..3 DAYS..2 DAYS.. 4 DAYS.." and blue dart guys.. not ready to help... saying that we tried to delivered but you are shifted to other place.

    i think .. you guys are making my fool. i belong to dehradun ..i wanna go to my home town but just because of this bloody credit card..i can'nt go home.

    Please...please please... Help me out.. i dnt wanna say that cancel my credit card.. because I WANT MY CREDIT CARD.

    Default HDFC Bank Credit card not giving NOC after recieving complete payment

    My name is Rishikesh Darwade and my HDFC Credit Card number was 4346 7810 0755 7812 and this is a complain regarding NOC.

    On 19/02/2011 Bank has debited my account unauthorizely for an amount of RS 24,585.21 and not sending the NOC at my new communication address.

    First they said they will not send the NOC to the new address if I place the request on phone.

    I dropped a written letter requesting NOC and mentioned my new address on 24/02/2011 which they received on 09/03/2011 as per their records (in the same city)

    On 17/03/2011 I called up the helpline to get the status. The customer service executive do not have any information of when they will send me the letter.

    There is no one in the Bank to assist me, they ask me to call the helpline.

    I am very much angry on the kind of service I see from HDFC Bank Credit Card dept. and want some strict action to be taken.

    Post HDFC titanium credit card linked with health insurance

    I have juz got the titanium credit card from hdfc, i got a call from hdfc saying that they are providing health insurance policy of 6800/- per year , they said that they are provoiding this for us for not paying the annual fee of the card and annual fee is 1000/- till lifetime if i dont take this policy atleast for 1year. I believed and said ok, but when i checked in hdfc site i saw that there will be only 250/- annual fee and which we need not pay if we purchase for minimum 10,000 per stmt. So i understood that they were juz plAying tricks to sale these health policies. now i dont want that policy but they said they take the amount from my card credit.

    I request you to take this complaint and do the needful to not get that health policy and to not get the amount deducted from my card.

    I am Tirlochan singh and my credit card number is ************4164. This is a complaint against HDFC bank.
    1. I applied for a health policy on the basis of my credit card, even after paying 3-4 installments for the same, I didn't receive the policy even after asking for it many times.

    2. They have blocked my credit card now and i cant apply any loan.
    Please do the needful at the earliest
