I had a ICICI Bank credit card no.5177194027717005 which stands to be closed vide settlement letter no.215853 dated 18/11/2006.
In this letter it is clearly mentioned that after paying Rs.3500.00 Rupees three thousand five hundered only there is no other dues on me in this credit card account for which i have paid Rs. 3500.00 in cash vide reciept no.1491269 dated 18/11/2006.
Besides my paying all the dues i have been recieving sms/telephone calls for payments. I have given all the details about this to customer care desk at Videocon Towers Jhandewalan New Delhi also but now they started tortouring me by abusing on the phone. the no. by which calls are made is 011-49536500.
Please tell me how to get rid of this harrasement.
