Today I would like to draw ur kind attention towards the NEGLIGENT AND
IRRESPONSIBLE staff sitting in the bank who is just bothered
about the payments and not bothered about delievering the statements and
documents at the customers' premises.

I m using a Credit Card # 5415382332642032 for which, on 09-Mar-2009, I
recieved an SMS on my phone that the bill of
Rs13,985 is due for the payment and I was shocked to know about this as I
was never about the same ever before.

Now Please explain why this much amount is incurred by the bank on me??

Ever since I've got my credit card, I did never recieve the statement at my
res. address.
I dont deny, once I recieved the 6 monhts' statement from the bank and never
thereafter.
I dont know what happened one day, my online password was blocked and I
could not access my account thereafter.
Once I was out of station and I failed to pay the EMI for a single month.
Next month I was told by ur collection
tele-caller that I'd to pay Rs1700 only. I paid the amount but the remaining
amount was adjusted in the next bill
with the retail charges, latefees and other charges and this is happening
for last six months.
If my EMI was more than Rs6000, I was never informed about the exact amount,
neither by SMS nor by a hard-copy at my
residential address. BUT BANK PEOPLE CALLED ME EVERY MONTH AND THEY
THREATENED ME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT AND THEY NEVER TOLD me
ABOUT THE EXACT AMOUNT. No one is bothered to send the statement/Bill at my
address but every one was ready to threaten me to make
the cash payment.

I've been charged for the late fees and over limit charges for last 5-6
months and I was totally unaware of the same.

WHY SHOULD I PAY THE LATE FEE IF I WAS MAKING THE AMOUNT TOLD BY UR
TELECALLERS.
I m a victim of wrong information provided by ur collection tele callers. If
would have been told about the exact
amount, I would have made the all the EMI's payment once.

Now I need the justification and I request to the concerned department of
the bank to be HONEST and
(1) rebill the amount by reducing the 6months late fee (2 months latefee has
already been waived off) plus overlimit charges.
(2)If the bank can prove whether all the statements have/had been delieved
at my address, then I request u to send the proof of
delivery (POD) of all the six months' statements.



If the bank fails to do the either of the two, then I M NOT GOING TO PAY
EVEN A SINGLE PENNY AND GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR
JUSTICE AND THEN BANK WILL COME TO KNOW THE CONSEQUENCES OF
MISINFOMATION/WRONG INFORMATION.
I m making the payment every month with the misinfomred amount told by the
telecallers.

I m nither refusing to make the payment and nor fleeing anywhere. I m here
in DELHI but if the bank doesnt give me the justification,
then I will definitely let the bank be in the deprivation of the total
amount of the credit card and I'll certainly knock the door of
consumer court.

SO THIS MY LAST REMINDER TO THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENT OF THE BANK TO
REBILL/retrnslate THE EMI and resend all the statements of each month
of this period and if there is any wise person still alive in the Bank, THEN
PLEASE DARE TO CALL ME.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
