I canceled the my credit card on October 2009. eight months after I receive one statement from RBS Bank. They put a membership fee on your credit card of Rs 2000. I make a call to RBS Bank call center to ask about the statement. "They told me you a customer". I am told sorry I will not pay this amount. But they sending every month statement with penalty. now the amount comes 4000.
