Dear Sir/Mam,
My name is Manish Kinha . I am working in Bharti Airtel limited in SCM
Division. I am the one Who has expirenced the worst/pathetic Customer
services from HSBC. I am the one who has paid the Full Credit card
payment along with Charges and taxes but still marked as Defaulter from
HSBC in there internal Credit Division.
Due to Some Personal/Financial reason i was unable to pay monthly payment
after the 1st Payment in March 2008 and result of which my card has been
locked which I understand is correct. Then I have decided to pay full
Amount in One go so that I can carry on the banking relation with HSBC for
Future so I Have Taken a personal Loan just to pay Off My Dues as also i
was in touch with the collection executive also from HSBC Bank. I was in
touch with Jitender (9873052592) HSBC Punjabi Bagh Branch Who has
promised me that " Sir U have to just pay Rs 50,000 and rest Rs 7500 will
be waived which was for Interest etc" and your card will be activated in
7 days on his verbal communication I PAID CASH 50,000 in July 2008 there
only But therafter inspite of continuous Followup with Mr Jitender and
With Customer care I never get the reversal of that and moreover HSBC
keeps on charging interest on the leftover Amount.
I got Frustrated speaking to Customercare then I have decided to go HSBC
Bank in South Ext they told me to go to HSBC Credit card collection
,Sec-18 Noida.I went there and again i got One more promise from one the
collection executive ( Mukesh, 9999658244) there he made me or you can say
motivated me to pay the rest amount of Rs -7500 (At this time my NEW
Outstanding was 12,500) and again promised me that rest amount will be
reversed in next Seven working days and also assured me for New Credit
Card with No Outstanding. While paying the amount he said one letter will
be sent to my office regarding No dues left.. When i got the Letter I
Crosschecked Once again whether the letter is for settlement or no dues
letter he simply denied and said it is not a settlement letter its just a
formality and i Have made the rest payment of Rs-7500 Cash.
After 20 days i called up customer care to check the status so that I can
apply for new card on the behalf of my previous card and i shocked when i
heard that i am a defaulter in HSBC and in future i'll not get any
financial help from the Bank. There and then itself I called Mukesh but I
got no response I went to Bank there again I met Saurabh His Team Leader
Says will check Once with HIM And ask me to wait for few days I contacted
him after some days Then I GOT A REPLY THAT HE CANT DO ANYTHING ,CARD WILL
NITHER BE OPENED OR RENEWED.

First payment i have made on 24 march 2008 amt was Rs 2400.
Second payment i have made on 12 July 2008 amt. was Rs. 50,000.
Third payment i have made on 23 Sep 2008 amt was Rs 7500.
Total amount i have used Rs. 49,900.
Total amount i have paid 59,900.
Still after every two weeks i am getting collection calls and that to my
card was deactivated in June 2008, I am really mentally harassed........
