This has in reference to my ICICI credit card number 44774621********** which was duly & regularly paid by me till July 2008 and at that time my o/s was only 55000.00. During August 08, I issued a cheque to the bank towards the monthly payment and it was misplaced by the bank. Till then I am following up with ICICI for my lost cheque, but they are not bothered inspite of my several mails to them. On the top of it they are imposing the irrelevant charges and till date they have made my outstanding upto the tune of Rs 1,22,000. Please note that I have not used my card from July 08 onwards and its already been deactivated by the bank. Also please be informed that the agents of the banks are visiting my house at any point of time and harrasing my family members in my absence followed by the legal letters are being served. It seems that no regulatory authority is there to take care of the unprofessional attitude of ICICI. Please note that at any point of time I am ready to the genuine o/s of the bank. may I request the higher authorities to help me in this matter.
