    Default credit card icici bank

    Dear Sir,

    I want to raise a complain for my credit card disputed amount. I had been telling
    the bank to check on the transaction but they always ingnored my request. on the top
    of that they kept harassing me.

    If I want to lodge a complain, how much do I have pay or what is the process.

    that the dispute process has a defined turnaround time of 12 days and guided by
    Visa/Master card guidelines worldwide.

    Please note form you once the initial complaint has been raised we have to provide 8
    working days of time to acquiring bank to confirm the status.



    Once we receive the confirmation from the acquiring bank that transaction has been
    claimed at their end.



    We intervene VISA/NFS for providing documented proof hence the charge back needs to
    be raised, as we understand as our customer has forwarded the complaint to us that
    means the cash was not dispensed by acquiring bank.



    The dispute process has a defined turnaround time of 12 days and guided by NFS/VISA
    guidelines worldwide.



    Hence on the basis of documented proof the final decision can be taken.


    Which mean it leads to either of the two results:

    a. released in favour of customer - this means that the customer's savings
    account gets credited

    b. released in favour of the bank - this means that the charge is payable by
    the customer and documented proof will be provided by the acquiring bank.

    interaction the problem resolving date was given 8 working
    days

    in second phase it is given 12 working days now in 3rd phase it is 50 working days.i
    e the commitment date is increasing exponentially.

    2nd funny thing is the location of the withdrawal ATM,I never been in Hajipur.

    This is totally wrong information.

    As per my understanding my fraud cash withdrawal is a small part of some big scandal
    either at ICICI or SBI.

    If you are really interested to resolve the problem please make a call to me or
    provide me your contact no. Collect some more information from me and then go ahead
    .

    please tell me the longest duration it will take to get my money.

    What legal way would you like to bring ICICI bank, acquiring bank,VISA and customer
    on the same platform?

    Further we would be unable provide camera clipping of the cash withdrawal area as
    camera clipping are available to just identify the customer's identity.



    The clippings are not available for the cash withdrawal area for security reason of
    ATM PIN entered by customer.



    And the clipping can be available for our customer's for the transactions done
    through ICICI bank. as we would not be able to get clipping from other bank.



    As the transaction has been claimed by NFS(National financial switch)VISA hence we
    are unable to reverse the same from our end.



    However on the basis of your complaint, the dispute has been forwarded to the
    acquiring bank (SBI) on your behalf on April 18,2009.


    The dispute process has a defined turnaround time of 50 days and guided by
    Visa/Mastercard guidelines worldwide.

    Once the chargeback process is resolved , it leads to either of the two results:

    a. released in favour of customer - this means that the customer's savings
    account gets credited

    b. released in favour of the bank - this means that the charge is payable by
    the customer and documented proof will be provided by the acquiring bank

    It is more than 15 days no proof has been provided to me whether the money has been
    dispensed or not.

    one thing is sure that if I don't get my money back I will go to Consumer court to
    bring ICICI at required platform.

    Please tell me the final word when I will get my money?

    and provide me the details of findings

    1. From where/which ATM money has been dispensed

    2.The time the money has been dispensed

    3. I think every ATM machine is equipped with CCTV ,provide me the Video also.

    If I don't get the reply I will think that you don't care about my complaint and I
    will move the consumer court to meet ICICI over there.

    In the above transaction money has not been dispensed by machine but the amount has
    been debited from my ICICI A/C No-035801502048

    I registered the customer care on 7th April Service request No-SR102345435.They
    committed me that the amount will be credited into my A/C by 15th of April. But till
    now Amount has not been credited

    Please reply me when the money will be credited to my A/C.
