Dear Customer Care Associate,

Enclosed please find payment advice as per machine at ATM center of SCB
which 7th March 09. My card payment date was 10th Mar 09. PLEATE NOTE THAT
PAYMENT IS BEFORE DUE DATE WHICH YOU INFORM 3 DAYS PRIOR TO DUE DATE( NO
OTHER BANKS DO THAT).

I have been charged for late payment, Interest & service tax on it!!!!!!!

I would like to know what kind of Audit process you have once bill for
customer is generated. You guys threat me to put my name in Defaulter list
where I have fantastic track record of payments on regular basis. I cannot
take this crap.

It causes lots of hardship and trouble to me for chasing you guys.

For safeguarding my interest financially and mentally, I have stopped using
your card anymore until issues are resolved.

I have also been charged interest & late payments for last two statements
which was promised for getting reversed by your executive (Ankita) (refer to
telecon recording..hope you can retrive it soon).

Please note that if this is not resolved in next 7 days, I would stop using
card forever and report the hardships to consumer forum by next weekend.
