Dear Sir,
I am Punit Dubey, holding HDFC Credit card, no.- 5289456000105440 from 05
years and supposed to be the prime customer of HDFC Bank also
having corporate salary account, no- 00621050033828 with HDFC bank from
last 8 years.
From last 5 years i am paying the dues regularly and timely as per my
knowledge. But due to certain personal circumstances from last 2-3 months
the installments/dues were not regular, i committed this.

I have requested for full and final settlement from HDFC CREDIT CARD, which
is yet to be finalized from their end, saying that it was under process and
i have to pay the full amount in one time..

When this was protested by me they fellows threatening me and my family like
any thing and using abusing words not only to me but with my family also by
calling to my land line no.0755-4277518, the phone was received by my wife
as i am working fellow, they were using not only abusing words to my wife
but also threaten her saying that the bank was sending some GUNDAS and they
will take all my goods and jewellery ( this i have in record as my telphone
having the facility of recording and whenever needed i am ready to submit
the details of phone calls).

That was not the end they even called to my inlaws, residing near to my
home, and they threatened them also, My father in law was heart patient and
recently undergone with bypass surgery, ( proof submit whenever needed ) they
got so much mental tension that on the same night high BP problem arise and
he hospitalized, thanks god timely treatment saved his precious life.

What to do with this kind of people? Is there any law or regulation against
this kind of people ?

I am really fade up with this kind of treatment from the bank. I repeatedly
asking for the full and final settlement but no response from their side
till date.

I repeatedly received abusing and life threatening calls from Ms SADHNA
phone no- 0755-4002859, being generous and kind human being i am politely
responding to her phone calls but my patience has some limit and it seems
that the rules, laws and regulation are for only gentle and kind people,
those who were doing this kind of act threatening calls and the people who
was defaulters in real sense they were excluded from that.

I am requesting you via this mail that plz do the need full action and plz
let me know what steps you would taken against those fellows so that this
would never happens not only to me but to every kind citizen of nation.
