i am having demat and trading account with reliancemoney
my client id is V00035437
my name is ved prakash mawndia
from 17 march i have discovered nifty option business
and my account was earlier recharged by 2500 voucher and my preference was always
2500 voucher
and i was not informed the limit has finished
, i did not get any information from your side,that my limit card has been expired ,
and without informing me you have started recharging my limit cards , this costed me
lot around rs 20000 instead of 2500 of brokerage and due to this i made huge loss
, during this difficult time instead of helping you have done such a stupid thing
which was never expected from you all , you would have asked me before recharging ,
because the voucher which you have loaded was never recharged earlier by me , so
kindly reverse all my rechared voucher money back and set my limit card to 2500
voucher
