This mail is the reply aganist ICICICARE=033-274-456
What ever you are telling me now was not conveyed by your executive at the
time when I am opening an account. At that time Reliance Money is having
tie-up with HDFC,AXIS,ICICI & CITI BANK and out of these 4 banks only
ICICI and CITI Bank is giving ZERO Balance account with any bank ATM usage
and I select the ICICI BANK. If there was any changes in the policies of
your bank rules then u must have to intimate me. Rs 10000.00 is not a big
amount to maintain quarterly in an bank account for me. You can very well
see my transactions. Every month I am doing transactions of 35000.00 to
40000.00 every month with this ICICI bank account. I was just using this
account for shopping. Even I dont have the much use of the account because
I already have the salaried account in HDFC(provided by Bharti - Airtel).
Now the communication gap between you and your costumer is degrading your
Bank Name in the Market. Take an my example at my work place around
12000-17000 people works(at Bharti-Airtel Mumbai Head office) and every
one is know about my case. now you very much can think your one
communication gap made wrong image of your brand at the front of around
17000 peoples and there families. See my intention is not to get the
charges which are bank put on me but I want to know where is the fault and
what measures you are taking for correcting the same. I am requesting for
the investigation for the executive who committed me about the no charges
for NON ICICI ATM usage. And kindly share your complete
investigation/audit report with me and tell me where is the error.
