I am using ICICI bank Gold credit card (N0. ***********-8009) and on the
basis of that, I am holding an PLCC account number (************-8009).
I have made the payments of PLCC Account for Rs 11,460 INR (Rupees Eleven

2009, But the payment is still not reflected on the online even in
statements and in bills too.

I have raised a request for the same to ICICI customer care department too (
Reference ID : 99192707) on 6th of March 2009.

They have raised the request number SR101248148 on 26th March 2009 and demanded the time upto 7th of March 2009. I traced them on 8th April 2009 but they demand for more time atleast a week ie upto 14th April 2009.But they not Responded with any particular solution. At last they demand the 3rd timeframe of seven more days ie upto 7th Apr 2009. They not respond with any solution.I have already sent a reminder to them.

Although one transaction is added to my account on 10th of April 2009 and they made me responsible for the late fee and other charges.

Please guide.

Yes !! I have two reciepts (Rs 10000/- and Rs 1460/- (This is being added on 10th April 2009)). Reciepts of amount rupees ten thousand only still need to be updated, But they cann't.
