Unfortunately ICICI bank card deducted Rs.6600 as Lombard Health policy without my knowledge.when i complain against the health policy they told me its abetter policy for your family.then i want to cancell the policy and write many times to the concern person.At last policy is cancelled,but my deducted money was not transfered.again i write to them and strongly told them not to pay any due of Credit Card.Now they are forcely charged me a unbelievable amount and not come in compromising position.They told me to take jurdicial action against me.pl.suggest me.
