Here are few reasons-
1) No customer Interactive policy.
2) Customer Care have no shape and no sense of interaction. They
only work for their bank. They hardly understand the problem of the
consumer.
3) Your collection team only know to tease your customers.
I got an notice saying for some legal action, for not making payment. In
the notice I have been asked to contact MR. Rohit (9711808478, working
in Rohini, new Delhi branch) for early resolution. I called him on 2nd
March and request him for the possible resolution. Infect, I shown my
willingness to pay amount at one shot (Obviously except additional
interest charged by your bank). He gave me another number of some
Gentleman (9999411826). I am chasing him from the last two days but
either he is busy or giving me false commitments. I request him please
remove the lien from my saving account as few cheques (One of them is
your e-cheque of Personal Loan) are going to present on 5th March but he
is least bothered about my problem.
I am here ready to pay dues of my both cards at one go but at justified
amount. I am chasing them to pay my dues but you guys seems not
interested in collecting your dues. Know today is 5th and I am hoping
lien will surely going to remove from my saving account.
I am tired of you and yours officials. I am declaring here that If my
cheques will get dishonored. I am not going to pay any dues of both
cards and Personnel Loan till I will not get apologies letter. You can
shut my both saving accounts then.
I am now going to take this matter in consumer court if any further
harassment will be given to me.
Chanda Maam:- I don't know whether your are getting my mails or not but
here in this forum I only want to highlight the issues of ICICI bank.
ICICI bank have no interactive policy for his clients specially for
repaying of loans or outstandings. I am also using ICICI trading
account. Previously I was also holding some shares of your Bank. Infact,
I had also taken 2 weeler loan which I comfortably paid. Also I was
having Medical insurance, 2 and 4 wheeler insurance. 2 saving accounts,
2 credit Cards.
At one stage I was fond of ICICI but now I am not interested anymore in
ICICI. Look at here, neither I got any reply on my below mail nor from
the contact numbers printed on Legal Notice. I am sure even I can't
expect same from you.

From the last two days I have chased by 20 ICICI officials and I am fed
of it. When I am calling for resolution then I am getting excuse like
our systems are down, MR. Rohit is so busy that he refer me to talk to
someone else and that gentlemen is busy in some meeting. Please instruct
one of your manager to talk to me ASAP. Please help me to go out of
ICICI.
Here is an example of yours excellence customer service, you told me to
bear till 6th and here I got Demand Legal Notice and couple of calls
from your ICICI Customer Care.

Don't know you, and I am not sure where this mail is going to land. I am
only seeking for help and just want to tell how badly we clients of
ICICI are getting treated. Just got your email from some website and I
thought to took this matter further. I Have posted my problem on couple
of websites but no one from ICICI officials responded.

Nobody responded till date.
I chase your customer care and got nothing. Today I have to take my
mother for check-up but didn't able to do it because my salary account
is in some lein status.
Know Listen this, You can't put gun trigger on my forehead like this.
This is completely torturing. I am going to take this matter at Consumer
Court. I will definitely pay all my dues but not the way like this. If
you can't bring flexibility then I am also declaring that I am not going
to pay single penny of my dues till the time you will not apologize for
your action.
Today My mother suffered because of your rigidness. I am not going to
tolerate this embarrassment and harassment.

One thing more which I forget to highlight:-
The Letter which I received was dated on 21/02/09, few numbers printed
on letter are 0528304 OR 1000578
You have no right of doing auto debit from my saving account, you can't
deduct money of your client's saving account without taking my
permission. This is completely injustice and violation of customer
protection right. We have no agreement as such during the opening of
Saving Account and Credit Card.
Don't force like this ... pls give me the solution on below request

I have a ICICI Credit Cards bearing number :**********2005 &
4477468017565008
Both cards are overdue and the situation is worse for me. In a period of
recession I just ask to leave my present company. I am now looking for
new job. In a month of March I am going to work on notice period.
Well current situations are not in my control and I hope you also
understand money can't produce, it can only earn. On the other contrary
I am willing to clear all my dues. On my Card No. 2005 you have
converted my outstanding into fixed EMI and now I am liable to pay more
than RS 5000 PM.
Sorry Making that much money and then paying more on other Card is
problematic for me. Then yours threatening calls and letters killing my
peace and life.
Well I want you to club my both CC outstanding and then convent them
into fix EMI. I am not expecting of any relaxation or settlement. You
can charge complete amount but with some flexibility so that I can
easily able to make out complete payment. My limitation is around 2,000
to 3,000 PM. I request you to make EMI as much as lower you can. One of
my friends got the same solution from the Citibank. And know he is
happily paying his dues with 0% int for 2 Years. If one genuine customer
is willing to pay his outstanding with all charges charged by you then
terms should be based on customers comfort and easiness.
I know every bank has their own policy but in the end every bank has
same motto. I definitely wants to pay your money but need flexibility
and support. Only by threatening or annoying on customer can't help you
to get you money back. Change the rules if required and ease the burden
of customers. Trust me by that only you will not only get your money
also will get more and more customers.
Please help me out. I am requesting same from the last 3 4 months but
there is only one answer this is not as per our policy, then what is
your policy to kill the peace of your customer, harass them, force them.
If it is not your policy them make it so that every customer able to pay
their outstanding instead of giving their life. You know what I just
received one letter saying deposit RS 75,000 within 7 Days or will
charged on your account. What is this yaar a person is not able to pay
even RS 5,000 and your asking for RS 75,000 in a 7 days. What your are
expecting from your customer. Should we kill us or kill others to get
money or should I go for robbering.
You can check my Credit History. You will find not only I have use
Credit Card but also I have Paid lot in last Five years. Only from the
few months I am in big trouble. I don't want to kill my relationship
with ICICI. I love to use and love to have your Credit Card again, only
need your help during this harsh time.
In the end, Expecting of you immediate help and effort to save my life
and give my peace back to me. L
