i applied for a credit card. i got it and after that when i tried to register on sbicard.com,it shows that my information do not match with the records. In meanwhile i received a call sbi for confirmation i gave my deatails and the person other side told me that my year of birth is wrongly updated so he confirmed me that this will be resolved in 1 week. in the mean while i got mail from feedback.gesbi@ge.com so send my complain also on that .so they send me case id .after that i again received a call and then explained that to customer executive she told me to send the documents which i have given. so i send the scanned documents and again for 1 week nobody responded.and my problem is that i can't even call customer care because they ask year of birth and it is already wrongly filled credit card ppl.then again on 4 th sept 2010 one ececutive called and she is telling me to send documents.so i replied that i have already send then she told thats its not opening so i told ok i will send again.so send the documents again. and now response till now.so it is giving me lot of tension as i m not getyting any response.
