Want to lodge complaint against ICICI Credit Card
his is to inform you that I have never ask for any policy from ICICI Prudential.
They had directly sent me the policy vide it's Ref. No. R09110330 without any
documentation or any request sent by me. I got that policy in the month of June 2008
and I have enquire about that. I came to know that they will directly charge Rs.
5353.00 towards Premium of that policy to my ICICI Credit Card. I was shocked and
surprised to know that ICICI Bank or it's Subsideary can do this kind of
mal-practice with the public. I had immediately called ICICI Bank 24 Hr. Customer
Care No. 28307777 from my residence No. 28180092 and give standing instruction for
not to debit any amount towards ICICI Prudential Policy Premium and ask for the
request No. for my Instruction but they had denid to give me the Request No. and
told me that he had put my instruction in my account. Inspite of giving this kind of
standing instruction, surprisingly ICICI had debit me the premium amount of Rs.
5353.00 in my Credit Card Account. Although I had sent back that bloody policy to
ICICI Prudential in stipulated time they said for cancellation.

I was shocked by this incidence and I had torn your Credit Card and Drop it in ICICI
Dropbox at Bhayander (West) ATM Centre for cancellation of my credit card.

I would like to lodge my complaint against ICICI Credit Catd and ICICI Prudential
Life Insurance Company for cheat me by sending their product without any consent
from me and charge sum of Rs. 5353.00 to my credit card and when I had denied to pay
such amount they charged me late payment charges and interest and many other charges
on that. I would like to state that, I'm never liable to pay any single pany to
ICICI bank against that bloody policy premium and corresponding charges on that
which was debited to my Credit Card Account. You are requested to kindly take
necessary action against ICICI Credit Card and ICICI Pru.
