Hi ,
I have applied for a credit card to ICIC Bank and the bank has rejected the
application without providing me the reason . I want to know is this legal ?
I have always had a clean record with the bank .I have a savings, demat , Home Loan
( repaid till date ) and a remittance account (USD) with the bank .
I see no reason for which I cannot have any credit transaction with bank and at the
same time the bank fails to provide me with any justification . I am worried that
one of ICICI credit analyst has misjudged my records and the bank is maintaining
that . Is there a way to contest this ? however if required I can provide the mail
chain exchanged with the bank.'
