Hi I, Pardeep Sharma have a Credit Card from HSBC bank since 2004 but due to some reason I cancelled my credit card. Before cancellation I had paid all the total outstanding amount as on that date.
I need to change my car so that I applied for Car Loan from some other bank, but I was shocked when I got to know that my loan is kept on hold just because of my credit card Status i.e. “ WRITTEN OFF” which is mention in the CIBIL report .
I went the HSBC bank at Somajiguda, Hyderabad . when I contacted to some manager over their and I conformed that my credit card has been in closed on 16-09-05, and currently there are no OVERDUE.
This is not fair thing, like if I stop availing the services then they submit my name to cibil report.
Card Number: 4476 9212***************, Kindly suggest me what to do about this.
