    SUB: Complaint against hdfc bank for Auto debit of Savings A/C for Loan On credit Credit Card


    Sir/Madam,


    Myself Nitin Gupta Resident Of H.no-37,LIG Flats,Pocket 3,Paschim Puri,New delhi -63 .I am Holding An Savings Bank A/C no-00911000245724 with HDFC Bank,Punjabi Bagh ,New delhi Branch This A/C was opened on 22Feb'2006 .I am Also Holding a credit card no-4346-7810-0618-6480 with Hdfc Bank on which I offered a Loan On My credit card of Rs.70000/- with Rate of Interest Of 1.5% per month on 21 Feb'2008,Tenure 36 Months, EMI Amount was 2500/-(Approx) .which i paid on 28th of Every Month with my card amount.Due to some Financial problem i Was unable to make payments for this loan on card from last 3-4 months .Sir, I am Running Vehicle loan with HDFC for my Royal Enfield Motorcycle EMI Amt-2238/- Ecs Date-5th of every Month, Hyundai Accent Car Loan Emi Amt-8500/- Ecs Date-7th Of Every Month.In My savings A/C Balance Was Rs.423.33/- on 1Sep .I have Deposited Rs.2500/-On 4Sep'10 & I deposited Rs.8500/- on 6Sep'10 for My EMI'S of bike and car loan .Then I got a letter from HDFC Credit Card Divison on 6sEP'10 ABOUT DUE AMOUNT ON cREDIT CARD lOAN The Date When Letter Was Generated That Was 1Sep'10 I Received It on 6sep'10 It stated To deposit The Pending Amount Otherwise they Will Debit account in That Letter They had given Time till 16sep'2010.Today On 8sep when I called Cust. Services They said no information available & then i called up Grievenace of HDFC bank they said will get back to me within 24 hous they have debit Rs.2567/-from my savings account & rest of Rs.8567 is on hold.I went to bank retrieve account statement In which balance is Rs.0/-.



    Kindly help me in this matter because Bank Departments are unware about the process & they keep on trsfering calls from one Department To OTHER .I want You to help me in getting My Money Back In my Account & I want Apology In written from Bank & Assurance That it won't Happen Again in Future Because it totally violation of RBI Guidelines without a given date how can they debit my account.Sir I Also requested You To Penalize the bank for such Big Mistake Because Of Thios My Account Statement & Credibility gets Effected & at last need reversal of late fees & ECS Bouncing Charges.

    Sir/Madam

    I am a honorable customer of HDFC Bank, Branch Ahmedgarh. I have seven saving and two current accounts in this bank with very good transactions. I had applied LAP ( Loan Against Property ) on dated 18-11-2010 with full fludge documents they have told me for LAP and they committed me that they will give me cheque with in Fifteen(15) days and they got a chque of 5500rs. With commitment that this cheque will be a fee for file charges which will be taken after my Loan will be given to me. I had applied for 1 crore but they committed me to give me 70 lakhs after they visited to my House. The visited person Name was Mr. Robin (SM) from Ludhiana Mall Road LAP Department. After few days when I asked them for my Loan then they replied that they will give me 50 Lakhs after 5 Days again I called them up for my file processing they again told me that they can give me 70 Lakhs within 10 days. They continuesly made me excuses and on date 5-02-2011 I had called up Mr. Robin then they said they cant give me any money when I asked him the reason for rejecting my file he cut off the phone and didn’t pick it again. Due to there wrong commitment I have made a big loss in my business. When I go to the Branch Manager Mrs. Sylvia then for my property papers and my cheque back she answered me that the cheque will not be given to me because they have paid my cheque for my file processing without any reason I didn’t get any Loan and when I ask her for my property papers she told me that she will give me my papers on Monday dated 7-02-2011. Today I had gone there then they again make me excuse for my property papers.
    I am really very fed up from there excuses please give me a quick response against The Bank and Mr. Robin. I will be very thankful to you.

    Sir/Madam,

    I , Vandana Gupta, holding a saving account No-1082713 with The Royal Bank of Scotland, G.KI, New Delhi. A Bank of Baroda cheque no-230866 with Rs.19,846 dated 15 dec 2010, has been deposit in my bank on 18yth Dec 2010 and got cleared on 23 Dec 2010. But the bank did not credit this funds in my Saving account and kept with them. There was a name mismatch problem, so I produced all the documents to the bank and bak manager was satisfied with the proofs and given me in written that , my funds will be credited in my account with 3 days.

    Its been a 2 + months , but I have not get my funds yet. I had visited bank couple of times (sect-18 Noida branch), but no use. I don’t know what to do, so I am posting my complain overe here and hoping it will be resolved with your help.

    Default Compalint against HDFC Limited

    I have taken a housing loan from HDFC limited and at the time of taking the loan, I was promised to not to charge any penalty on the prepayment for the same. now when I wish to make a partpayment against the same, I am told, that the sources should be your own funds. Now I need to ask, what is the meaning of "own funds". If I have landed some money to my relative some time back and now I am getting that amount back, it should be constituting as own funds only and I should not be charged but I am asked to pay the penalty which is 2%.

    Also, if I am borrowing some funds from friends & relatives, even it should be treated as the own funds and no penalty should be charged.
