I haven't used the Credit card of HDFC. At first, I doesn't even know how come my identity details were disclosed and the card was issued. I had applied for the credit card from HDFC way long in 2007 I believe but, I haven't received any so, I ignored the same. Few months later I received emails about the statement , bill etc. for the card number (as stated by HDFC guys - card number is 4346 7710 1046 1300), I had contacted the customer service and replied back to the emails stating that I have no knowledge of what they were referring to. Later, I have received calls from their Advocate in Karnataka and the Person who introduced himself as a COP with CID cyber crime and informed that court has issues warrants against me since I haven't answered to the summons and didn't appear.

For God Sake, I was not in the possession of that card and I'm not residing at that address since a long time and how can they claim that, I have ignored the summons and issue a warrant? I have to go through all this even though I'm not at all involved in this or possess that card. Now they ask me to shell out the amount or else would arrest......? Arrest for what? If the summons were issued then at least the delivery person - who delivers the summons would be having the signature of the person who accepted them right. If it was not me then how can I be harassed for this.

I really don't understand what to do and whom to approach. Please suggest me what can be done.

I would like to report a complaint against a restaurant SLV (Lakshmi Vaibhava) in Marathahalli Market,Bangalore. I have seen them using domestic LPG cylinders in their hotel for commercial purposes. I would like you to please check into the same.This is a huge loss to the normal population as their consumption is very high. The matter should be taken with immediate effect and strict action and penalty must be charged against the same.

I would like to bring this case up to your notice that I had always been a loyal customer for HDC be it in credit cards and account but my past few interaction have not been up to mark.
I have defaulted for a payment on my credit card as had an ongoing concern with you guys. There was a wrong swipe on my card of Rs. 42000 and I had called to hold the authorization .I am sorry to say that didn’t happen and it went through. Dont you sir think that if I have issue a incorrect cheque I can stop the payment. That all I needed from your team which didn’t happen and the payment went through. I am now fighting with Country Club for a refund cause that was swipe from their side. At the same time I am getting very unpleasant calls from your collection team. I am not intending to take away your money. But the problem is I won’t pay 42000 as I haven’t used it as well. They found an address which is of my brother from bank system which I never wanted as I do not have any consult with them for yrs know. They called him and told him to ask me call them. I was dealing with few exe that time. They called my wife who was in hospital and they shout and tell her to ask me make a payment and give all crap on parents. I am tired of such harassment and would request you to take some action. I will not pay any financial charges and late fees as I had approached u guys since day one. Also I will not pay Rs 42000 which I never used it. I had a limit was of Rs 35000 but they were able to transact 42000 how is that possible it shouldn’t allow them. Also I pay will the remaining amount of 6000-7000 and rest amount should be wiped out of settlement. Also I promise once I get any updates or amount from country club I will pay you. I am not rich enough to pay 42000 from my pocket. So please considering my request help me get the settlement done and stop the harassment.
I am mentally and physically disturb from HDFC which might lead in a severe court case against you guys. I am not staying with my brother @ Kolhapur as we have separated. I am know at Aurangabad. My CC number is **********3753.I will wait for your response before I see your guys in court.
