I have make the payment Rs. 6866.29 in Dec.2010 statement dated 20/11/2010 due on 10/12/2010 without receiving Statement at my res. address. I have received statement at my res add only (two) 2 times since starting about 24 months. In the month of 20th Nov 2010 statement you have show at my mobile Rs.6866.29 dues which is payable upto 10th Dec 2010 but in the statement showing the details in your site statement is not tallied with credit & Debits. Kindly tallied the a/c statement with my DR. & CR. (Purchases). In my knowledge & calculation you have charged me more than Rs2631.15 in 20th Nov. 2010 statement. How it exceeds from Rs.2631.15? Please explain in detail statement at my residential address & my mail id. At the time of issuing Cr. Card co demanded every type of papers & mail id then why not use for statement & for immediate payment of dues. If you have not sent me detailed statement then I am not in position to pay the dues at your given time. I have given more Rs.2631.15 Please give me intt. for this period & penalty which you have charged by you for late payment just about Rs.2000/-. details I have seen at your site. 1002.27+3413.10+782.50+1680.00+1500.00+568.22=8946 .09 Dr. 600.00+2700.00+920.95+168.00+322.00=4710.95 Cr diff of dr. & cr. is Rs.2631.15 Only these transactions available at your site. Rs.2631.15 diff amount i.e. the bill amt already paid by me in the month of NOv.2010.

SBI CARD, dear sir, I was issued with a sbi gold card (DSP) in the month of Mar 2010. Since them i am using regularly
and paying regularly. but in the month of oct 2010 I have not recd any acct statement, on request custer care dispatched the duplicate statement on 4th nov 2010 and de to this payment was delayed. And in the month of nov your officials harrased me by calling daily two to three times. I also deposited a cheque amounting Rs 2052/- at the drop box sbi Jalandhar and i one more cheque of the same amount droped on 16 th nov 2010. firstly first cheque was not credited in time. i do'nt what reason was? on checking the our account through customer care i come to know the cheques are credited. on 2nd of dec this month i try to use our credit card at our CSD outlet their's machine not honoring. when i contacted to c care then they told me that my card was blocked. i have also activated the ECS facility for not delaying of payment.

Now i am requesting you sir pl go into the matter and revoked my credit card

how to get purchase details using sbi credit card

Dear sir,

I am having a sbi card bearing number 5264 6853 2562 4136
Every month the outstanding balance shown for me is around 52000/- and odd amount despite me paying Rs 5000/=
every month for the past few months. Kindly check back the amount that is outstanding as on date and clarify me why the outstanding amount is above 50000/= despite me paying Rs 5000/- every month. Where as the due amount quoted every month is only around 3500/-, I had paid 5000/=. I am surprised to see my outstanding amount is not getting reduced despite my payments without any lapse.
