Several times I have mailed for refund but there is no proper response.Also I have requested to provide me statement in which month you have adjusted my above mentioned money but thee is no response.If you will fail to do so I will go to consumerforum for justice.

Please register my complain, which is as follows :

- From the date I have received my cad and its operational, I have only received the statement once, The only one received by me till date was actually me following up with your customer service executive. You are not all interested to send one.

- The last and only bill (statement received) by me was delayed by months (many ) and i was penalized by you by Rs.700 for delayed payment.I discussed the matter with the customer executive and I was given response that it will be reversed in the next statement, but unfortunately i have no seen the face of the next statement.

- You are ruining my credit "creditability" and my records, which you are the sole responsible, again the same was brought to the notice by your your executive, your carefree executive responded to me that it will not happen as i have paid the entire amount.

- Now my card is blocked because of your negligence and carelessness, my creditability is at stake and had to face very embarrassing situation during my business visit.

- I am trying to contact your service center, the waiting time is almost 30 minutes and with, all that still could not speak to anyone for last 15 days.

- Further to my agony and pain, its frustrating I had a visitor from your Mahim Branch Mr.Naik who came to collect Rs.2,500 (instructed by Mr.Mhatre, Branch Manager), i have not spoken to any of these characters in past and neither was there any communication from your side. I am trying to contact Mr.Naik who is not picking up my call (probably gave me a wrong cell number), neither Mr.Mhatre is calling me to explain the situation.

- If all the issues are not sorted within next three days, i will be complaining to the consumer court and also going to lodge police complaint against Mr.Naik & Mhatre who came to my residence without any notice.

I have been made a member of Sundram Insurance Policy for which I have been already paying through SBI Credit Card. Now I have got my hearing problem and have been told to purchase a hearing instrument. I paid Rs.7,000/- as the cost of hearing instrument in question. I would like to know whether am I rightful to claim my total amount of Rs.7,000 through Sundram Insurance Policy or otherwise.
