    Default SBI Bank Customer Care Details

    I am mentioning a procedure before going to consumer forum.
    In case a customer is not satisfied with the handling of grievance by the Local Head Office, a communication may be sent (enclosing the message sent earlier to Local Head Office) to the Deputy General Manager (Customer Service) and the CMD of State Bank Of India at the below mentioned address.

    If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction within one month from the date of receipt of the complaint, you are free to take recourse to any of the following:-

    a)Directorate of Public Grievances, Govt. of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

    b)The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme 1995,
    relaunched as Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Presently, Banking Ombudsman is located at 15 Stations. For addresses and area of operation of Banking Ombudsman please Click the below mentioned link where you will get ‘Our Commitments’ followed by ‘Banking Ombudsman Scheme’.

    c) The District Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act. 1985.

    Visit: Address and Area of Operation of Banking Ombudsmen for address of banking ombudsmen.
    Visit: Form of complaint - Banking Ombudsman to know the complaint format.
    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint and Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Default SBI Card statement complaint

    i would like to have all those transactions i did through this sbi cridit card bearing no.4317575604686783 valid through 05/07 in the name of C.V.Satheesh Kumar as billing address #353, 3main, 3 phase, B.S.K.3 stage, cka banglore-85 and date of birth is 10-05-1965.MyBY
    Hope you send me all the details of transactions till it get settled. and also the reason your person cited to block my card.

    Default Cheque dropping machines do not work

    I am a resident of Chandanagar in Hyderabad. Though there are SBI bank branches in and around, none of them have cheque dropping facility for Card Payment. Even those banks which installed machines do not maintain properly and none of them work. I was told this is same fate even in other braches in the city.

    Default Debit of Rs.2907.72 against my credit card

    My credit card no. is 4317 5757 0481 9060 in the name of Rajeev Aggarwal. In my bill dated 08.08.2010 i have been debited Rs 2907.72 on 15/07/2010 (narration PPC PH online). I have made no such payment and would request you to give me the details for the same.

    Angry i havnt recived my sbi card statement ye.and very disappointed with the staff members

    dear sir/mam,
    i have been getting disappointment by your staff service as they are not providing me the billing statements..i have ben persuing them to first approach us with the statement bill..but they are not doing well by the service..please reply me the criteria to get my billing statements..

    Default On line bill communication on mail

    Hi,

    After keeping lot of followup I am not getting on line bill pending with me.
    Unnecessary late charges and other parameters will come in picture.

    Cool E statement of my sbi credit card

    I have deposited certain amount by demand draft in my sbi gold card. How am I to view whether the same has been credited to the card account of mine.
