Hi,
I am facing the unnessary financial harassment by HDFC Credit Cards. I had a
one value plus credit card, and I had already done the full payment of Rs 13200
in August 2007, but still HDFC send me statement for balance about of Rs 3100.00
I had already talk to customer care but they are not given me any reference no
for my discussion and forced me to pay this amount also.

At the time of Payment of Rs 13200.00 I had called customer case for
dis-continue this card, as per his discussion I had cut card in four pieces and
send his Bangalore office, but Bank regularly send me statements with included
late fees and I am every month informed to his customer care but they are not
given me any response and still replied and forced me to pay that amount, I
always ask my reference no of all communication, but they guys not given me any
reference no to me.

Please suggest and given me for valuable suggestion for this harassment.

whitew collered looting like this is going on in every organisation, who had
sponsored franchise middlemen- HDFC is not an exception-

Do you have the receipt? Additionally do you have a slip from them confirming
the final amount and the name of the person who gave you this confirmation as
this is required for identifying the handwriting?
The credit card cut into pieces was sent through what means?

Have they mentioned anything on the receipt?

I hope if all these informations are with you you can go to the consumer court.
