Complaint against BOBCARD (Payment not adjusted) Hello,
Currently I am using a credit card of BOBCARD. I paid an amount of Rs. 2000.00 (Two thousand only) directly into Bobcards Ltd. bank a/c as per instruction given on bill. The payment was made in the month of March,2010 within due date. Now the month of August,2010 has been passed but the above payment has not been adjusted in the bills so far. I am bearing the chareges impossed by company since March,2010.
I have mailed to Kanpur office and Mumbai office many time. I also talked over phone at Kanpur office regarding the issue and to solve the problem. I got just assurance. As it can be easily track by bank statement as I have given all the details like cheque no., date, bank name and amount.
I hereby request to administrator to help me to solve the problem.

Money not withdrawn from atm but bill coming In the month of MY 2011 while I was withdrawning cash money Rs 6000.00 crom atm machine of uco bank near Firayalal chowk Ranchi, money not withdrawn from machine, but in my bill of bobcard credit card no 547344167303000 Rs 6000/- appears. Therefore I am requesting yourself to rectify the bill at your end.
