Hi,

I am used the AMN AMRO credit card up to 2009. I have deactivated the ABN AMRO credit card in 2009. But I received the credit card statement on June. They mentioned Annual membership amount of Rs. 2000. due date on June 19 2010. Three months I receiving the statement. They put additional charges and penalty cost. Now the bill of 3800. The RBS bank and bank agency never called me in past months. Last Monday I received one call from RBS Bank. They told me you have outstanding balance. please pay before due data. I told him why should I pay the amount I already deactivated the credit card. then banker has told me to speak with the customer care.

Please help me what I do on next step.
