My question is why the card was Deactivated at the first instance without informing
me? when i had called on the 9th day after the purchase i was told that the card has
been deactivated/blocked for security purpose and now the EMI request cannot be
processed.
Since the purchase amount is 33000 i am not in a position to pay the full amount
that is the reason why i had made request for Conversion into EMI.
request could not be processed because you had deactivated my card, i had given the
request on time before the 10th day.
I request you to convert the amount into EMI because i am not in a position to pay
full amount.

I am in USA since last two years.I used to have SBI credit card and I want to close my card from SBI but I am unable to contact any of their phones from USA.I have no communication and recently I heard that notice is sent for my non payment of fifteen thousand INR.
How i can Contact and sort out the issue while I am in USA

I was impressed by the Railway card you are offering and got in touch with my Branch in Chennai. The Executive approached me and his intension was to just process before even explaining me anything. The same day he processed the card. There were couple of people called from call center asking the same questions. I would have answered to about 10 people the same question. I was frustrated and had to blast at them.
At last my card was processed but I learned that there was a lein balance kept for the card which was not explained to me by the Executive who processed my card. The branch Manager was upset that I cancelled the card immediately. Why should I keep my FD on lein to get the credit card, when I have the previlage to get credit cards from other banks with a wonderful service? I think the branch manager had communicated to the credit card division about my cancellation of card.
I received a call from the courier service to whom I had instructed to return the cover to the sender. Now I am receiving message asking me to pay the due amount when I donot even have a SBI credit card.

An sms has been received by me on my mobile 9868109988 on 27th April,2012 regarding despatch of safe & secure chip enabled SBI card by you which was sent on 25th April, 2012 through M/s Blue Dart Courier Pvt.Ltd., New Delhi vide reference No.EV12080030480 with an advise that the same would reach me within 5 working days. But I write to inform you that so far no cover containing the above said SBI card has been received by me.
This is the second time that you have despatched the same, which might have been returned by said courier Agency on fictitious reasons. When I contacted their landline number given over-leaf the slip 'containing sorry note', there is no one answering from the courier agency.
My keen observation revealed that M/s Blue Dart Courier Pvt.Ltd., New Delhi is neither contacting me at my present residence address nor my mobile regarding the delivery. On the other hand, the said Courier agency is recording some fictitious date in their records as having contacted the addressee and returned to the sender i.e. SBI, on the pretext that there is no response. In fact this is not so. This has happened to me earlier occasion. Since it is already 10 days passed, I am afraid that same situation may repeat now also. The courier firm is in the habit of playing mischief with your customers. You may look into and take steps to curb such tendency on the part of courier agency.
