This is Hiriadka from Bangalore, I am looking for your guidence to my issue
with ABN Amro people. Last week, I recevied a call from ABN customer support -Delhi, saying I have not paid my bill during June 2004. Actually, I am not able to recall, whether I had a card from ABN Amro. As per the agent, There was a cash withdraw during the month of June 2004. But I was not there at india during that period. Around May 1st week, I was landed at Nigeria. and was there for almost 4 years.

Now ABM amro people are calling me very frequently and abusing. If I ask any
statement or card bill or email / letter on any pening bills, they are not
ready to give that, Saying I should pay around Rs 14,000 and settle the
account.

Kindly help me out and guide me , how to handle the same.
