    Default ICICI Credit Card

This is regarding icici credit card ***6. I requested for converting emi for my transaction 29000+ to bank in feb 09. But they have still not done the same and generated two bills with late payment charges and other charges and are asking to pay 3300 more to convert it to emi. I have already shed 5000 to convert this amount and also not sure if they would help this time.

Now when i have threatened to withheld this payment their telecaller harrash me by calling from morning 7AM to 8PM in evening.

I am not sure whome to approach and where to lodge this complain. I have put this in writing to ICICI on their customer email but have not received any response yet.

    Please help me out.

    Default ICICI Credit Card

    Dear Swati,

After several reminders and communication, I am still receiving calls/sms and
    statement from
ICICI Bank Customer care asking to make payment and informing that the
settlement has not been done, though the last date given by Mr. Iqbal was 3rd May
2009. I the matter is getting solved, How could you send me the statement?. What is
    going on?

On the other side I am surprised to know that so many people are involved in one
matter. Every time there is some new in the e-mail, and if I guess right no one
knows what exactly the case is. What type of bank is this with such good name &
fame but doing nothing good to their clients. This matter is going on past 6-8
months and still not a single customer service officer could attend it properly.

Am I going to know the status in a weeks time? Needless to say I will have to
proceed to file the case at Consumer Court. And as such they are aware of the same
as they are marked a copy in every e-mail of mine.

Again requesting for the status and kindly revert at the earliest.

    Thanking You,
    Best Regards,

    Pallavi Hegishte

    Dear Swati,

I am still receiving calls and statement from ICICI Bank Customer care asking to
make payment and informing that the settlement has not been done.

I have no clue to really understand what exactly is happening. On the other side I
am even trying to figure out for what transaction this payment has been deducted
from my account. As I need to revert to the consumer court with all the details.

I would like to know the status of this at the earliest. Kindly revert.

    Dear Sir,

    Thank you for your mail.

I disagree with your statement "If the settlement is offered then for the waiver of
the remaining outstanding on the card account". As per email from Mr. Jitendra
Pandey which is mentioned herein below agreeing the settlement (Date: Thursday,
February 19, 2009, 10:31 AM). I have made payments accordingly.

I have also received sms from TA-ICICI Bank Sr.No 99761232 asking to contact Mr.
Amit Sangar on 022-66493442. for the settlement of dues on credit card. Any ways I
    tried calling this no.
from my landline but either it is continue engage and if at all the bell rings no
one answers the phone. It is really funny your bank is just taking me for a ride,
please dont see one's patience. How many people more are going to be involved in
this matter apart from 1. Mr. Sujit Nair / 2. Mr. Sadanand / 3. Mr. Jitendra Pandye
/ 4.Mr. Amit Sangar and yourself (K. Venu).

Looking forward to your co-operation and request you to please settle the same at
the earliest. I want my Savings Accounts unfreezed before this month end.

    Thanking you,

    Dear Sir,

I am sorry to say that I have been having a very bad experience with your customer
care department and facing major problems for this credit card. After giving
reminders almost everyday to the customer care (I have the calls recorded), saying
they will revert, but no one has reverted past 2 months.

Also I have been asking them for the transaction details for which they have been
deducting payment directly from my account. No details or feedback provided till
    date.

After making requests for several times (almost everyday-ref. No. 96884770) to send
the settlement letter after speaking to Mr. Sujit Nair and discussing with him the
settlement amount given was Rs.3,742/- towards the full and final settlement.
I would request you to look into the matter and furnish the necessary details at the
earliest as my billing date is 20/02/2009.
Would appreciate if the same will be settled before the due date.
    Thanking you,
    Yours Sincerely,
    Pallavi Hegishte
