Dear Sir,

I am Santosh, an employee of the company.
Our company have an ABN AMRO - Makemytrip credit card from which we book hotel rooms & air tickets. As on the date of today we pay full of our bills that we made by this card but still in ABN AMRO credit card statement it shows due balance of Rs. 30000/-. And when we contact the customer care, they dont even bother to give any reason also they dont send there monthly credit card statement.

Also there is lot of trouble that we suffer from this ABN AMRO credit card. So just help me as how to resolve this problem.
