i have given application for sbi credit card in 2006.the credit card was not delivered due to some postal problem.but the statements are coming continuously for payment of money.after that i called on sbi help line to close my account due to no delivery of credit card.after that there is no communication between us.now in 2010 they are asking 7000/- for closing account and saying it is due while card is not delivered yet.my card no. which was written in the statements was 4317 5751 7702 0592
