Why should we keep them away ? Instead of that, all must unite and
must show them the Power of Consumer. They can not take us as
granted.
I dont understand one thing, everytime, in my every email sent to
them, I have clearly mentioned that, do not call me and send me
everything in writting, and even then, they are calling me, and do
not send me an email as per the conversation.
I asked them to Lodge the Complain with the Police or with Cyber
Crime Department, EVERY TIME, THEY SKIP THE QUESTION.
They have clearly informed me that My Card is BLOCKED, then Why they
have given me a Temporary Credit ? to my Card.
They have clearly told me that I have nothing to pay, the charges
are reversed, even than, they mention as :
The dispute process takes a minimum of 60 days for resolution from
the date of dispute initiated, i.e., December 07, 2007 either in
bank's or the customer's favour.
I have also written an email to Yatra Online.com and to Air Arabia
also, with CC marked to ICICI Bank.
I have asked them to give me the Banking Ombudsman's Address as well
as Bank Directors Emails and Address, which they do not give me.
This time, I do not want them to go away freely, and want to teach
them a lesson.
I will appreciate you all's Feedback and Advice in this matter.
