Dear Mr.Surajit Laha,
Inspite of my various communication and your assurances, mistakes are made
consistently and regularly. Again late payment charges as well as interest
charged to my credit card a/c no 5546-2329-0795-2047 whereas the amount was
lying with you from 17th March 2009 and the last date of payment was 14th
April 2009. Kindly reverse all these charges from my aforesaid account as
well as from account no 4940-7680-2968-5580. Also transfer credit of Rs.
391.45 from card no 5444-3887-5604-9971 to 5546-2329-0795-2047. Please
confim adjustment made ASAP.

than six months and would like to seek damages from them. Kindly initiate

understand the deficiency in service which tantamounts to cheating.
