This is regarding credit card dispute request service Number SR150402033, I would like to inform that someone has misused my credit card XXXX3016 for below two online transactions:
VODAFONE-BILLDE – 1200/-
LIVING MEDIA – 14,998/-

I confirm that I never used my credit card for above online transactions. Currently I am holing my card with me. I got the SMS regarding these transactions and immediately I called ICICI Bank customer care and they raised dispute request and blocked the card
Please settle down this issue and update me accordingly.

Do u ever used your credit card on petrol pump or in any hotel usually they take note of your CVV

code number which is printed on your credit card .
