I am also facing same problem from SBI card Credit. Card , there were fradulent
transactins on the card.Update me on the resolution from consumer redressel.

SBI card issue Dear All
I have SBI card which not using for at present and I
was paying bill, suddenly they stopped sending the
bills and after long fight receiving the bills.
Now I wanted to go settlement and this guys don't
attend the phone, they are asking to come thru' IVRS
which is disconnecting after several attempts,
I have written a mail to them for settlement he his
writting a mail saying settlement is not possible so
how to proceed on this. since unneccesarily Iam paying
only the insterest amount.

credit card I had a credit card. As I had some problems I send back the card. Now I wish to have one. I am getting messages in my mobile sating that there is a balance of Rs.5.37 (Cr) in my account which will be adjusted in subsequent purchases. Once I had a telephone call and I told if I can get the card in my office address I can use it. But I was told that there is no delivery point in that place.
What else you can do for delivering the card
