i am getting calls from Citibank, after a complaint is been lodged to
RBI, I dont understand why citibank is insting me to lodge a
complaint, before they take any further step in course. i am looking
for advice that am i secure by lodging a complaint to CYBER CELL. coz
tommorow now and then any person will try and make nusiance at my
place. over what was the issue and how it happend, my question is that
is it not bank look out that without the account holder knowledge the
card is been access and now the bank is not taking on its head to
investigate, and it says that until the user does not responsed the
action will not be taken.

i am looking for a advice please do the same.
