This is regarding my credit card No. ****************20450.
I have a bank account with HDFC also no. 00031050351989.

I have received a notice from Debt management and Legal support regarding
some outstanding on my card.

Where as I had made a settlement of the card in the month of July 2007
through 4/5 monthly installments of Rs. 4500 each.

After that I have received no communication from the bank.

My telephone number, address remains the same.

After receiving the letter I spoke to Preeti at 9313133544. She was having
no answers to my questions, in between she asked somebody about my
problem. That guy I dont know the name have told Preeti to ask
me that WOH CHAHTA KYA HAI.

Coming back to my issue Preeti agreed that I havent
been called or mailed anything after January 2008. Then how come all of a
sudden bank can send me a letter/notice to me after a year.

Then I spoke to Mr. Anuj Lakra as suggested by Preeti one of Senior
Manager, he transferred my call to some Sudha his colleague. But no body
was able give me any answer. she keep on insisting that you come to Janak
Puri branch than we will check. I had made my settlements through a
settlement letter but now after 19 months im not supposed to keep that
letter.

Then i wrote this to the grievances HDFC bank on 6th March 2009, i got a
reply that with in 7 working days my complaint will be addressed.
but in the mean time on 14th March 2009 Rs.21770/- are debited to my
account towards funds transfer DM 5176351003220450 value . Till date
i.e.26th March 2009, no body had contacted me from the bank.
i have again sent a mail to HDFC on 18th March but no reply.

Consequences : Rs.21770/- was debited to my account.
