My Name is Sandip Kumar Tripathi. I’ve used the Credit Card of ABN AMRO only for 1 or 2 Months. But before receiving the Credit Card, I’ve received the bill and ICICI Loambard Policy. After receiving it I’ve cancelled the Credit Card and that Policy also. As I haven’t applied for any Policy so I have to Cancel that Card. I have communicated with ABN AMRO bank with phone and mail both. I’ve also given them the handwritten letter to their branch and also mail them the scanned document of that handwritten letter. But after 3 Years they are now mentally harassing me by calling and telling me to pay the settlement amount which I haven’t used. I’ve also mailed my whole of the mail to the senior person of RBS (ABN AMRO is now converted into RBS). But they aren’t also taking any positive action. Due to them and a lot of call from them I have to left the job. Now I’m unemployed and they are disturbing me most of the time even whenever I go for the interview they called me and talked using bad languages. They also humiliate me by saying that they will blacklisted me in bank and they will complaint me in police and also can physically harm me. Sir I don’t know why they will blacklisted me in bank and why not blacklisted their bank to the International market. Is this a way to give trouble a normal person.

Sir/Mam I’m sending you the mailed which I communicate with the bank and also sending you the attached letter which I’ve mailed and give bank by handwritten. Also the attachment letter which I’ve received from bank into my mail.

I don’t know why they are troubling me. I’m unemployed due to them are they going to pay me any amount? Or Are they going to the phone bill which I’ve called to them? I know the answer is no. But if I’m facing problem by them and it’s their responsibility to pay me.

Sir/ Mam, Kindly go through the mail which I communicate with bank and take any positive action. I also want that they will give me the hardcopy for not to trouble me in the future and also ensure me that I will not be blacklisted in any bank. Now I also want the amount which I’ve lost due to their mental harassment and for my unemployment. The details of that card is given below : -
