Similar thing happened to me couple of months before. I called customer
support, when i didn't proper resonse & attention, i blasted them over the
phone (politely) & threatened that i'll cancel my credit card (I'm using
ICICI credit card since last 5 years). Immediately they reverted back that
amount with an apology note.
I hope that will work with you too. Because of competition in the market,
credit card companies/banks don't bear the loss of existing customer.
