Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been using the Barclays Credit card. After few months as I wanted to close the card, I have made a final settlement with the negotiation and paid a month's due and have given Post dated cheque for the other months, Total settlement amount Rs. 15000/-. All my PD cheques have been cleared past two months but still daily I am getting calls from the customer care Mumbai. They call me nearly 20 times a day inspite of cutting the calls. I have also so many times told my settlemtm number and inspite of that I am getting calls daily. Pls suggest me on this issue.
