My ICICI salary account has been debited and its showing a negative balance of -58K towards my ICICI credit card payment default.

I agree that I was not paying the amount that I used from the credit card – ICICI bank. However I always had a intention of paying them back. I was not in the job for couple of months and forcefully I have to use it for meeting my expenditures.
I got a job in the month of January 2010 and I contacted one of the Sr. Executive – ICICI bank for settling down the whole of the outstanding. I was confirmed that I will be receiving a document at my postal address and then I can make the payments. I never got the documents and I didn’t pay the amount.
They never mailed me of the same and today they have debited 58000.00 from my salary account and its showing a negative balance of the same.

I have too much of liabilities and I can’t pay them at a shot. I called ICICI – Mumbai people as I am in Mumbai right now and asked for settlement of this money. They were very rigid and they are saying that they don’t care as it will be automatically be debited from your account whenever you will receive the salary.

I am left with no options. If the whole amount gets debited then my Education loan will get affected moreover I am the only earning member for my family. My parents are dependent of me.

I am very much shocked and sometimes even I think of committing SUICIDE out of depression and loads of commitment.

Help me out, before its too late!!
