my named is shirish s ingle i have credit card of big bazar at nagpur after purchasing the article from the shop your bank send a first statment along with the interest thereafter i paid the amount in installment and final close the account. your employee give me the receipt of final payment. but due unawarness i could not receive the no due in my account but thereafter your bank employee listed my name in civil account as a deflauter. so i request you to kindly verify the same and remove my name in the civil account

In the meantime I have mailed at info@cibil.com and also sent the details for registraion in CIBIL to access CIR. Problem is , until and unless I get a confirmation form CIBIL that the bank is Axis Bank itself , my hands are tied, I can not take it up with the respective bank. Axis Bank custmer care , in the meantime , has confirmed that as of now my balance is +5 , i.e. I have paid % rs, in excess against all the overdues.

Can anybody let me know how long CIBIL takes to reply mails sent to info@cibil.com? An also, do they have any obligation to imform individuals about the details when specifically provided with the control numer?

I had sent the mail on Friday, 7th August,2010.

I have been reported as a defaulter in CIBIL list for an overdue amount of 100/- on a card being issues on 09th April,2010 . It has been reported on 30-06-2010.

The control No. is 438671201 and my Pan Card No. is AJVPB2045A.
Can you please let me know the bank\financial institution invovled in this case.
Please respond at the earliest because this is delaying my home loan disbursal. Once I get to know the bank invovled , I can take this issue up with the concerned authorities to clean my records in CIR.
